華潤置地 01109.HK 把握併購機遇

華潤置地 01109.HK 公布 2021 全年度,累計總合同銷售金額 3,157.6 億元,涉及銷售面積約 1,664.9 萬平方米
,按年分別增加 10.8% 及 17.4%。全年累計投資物業實現租金收入約 183.4 億元,增加 40.6% 。

最近市傳內房併購貸款或不再計入「三條紅線」債務限制,內地銀行已告知一些大型優質房企,針對出險企業項目的承債式收購,相關併購貸款不再計入「三條紅線」相關指標。

市場上多家大中型銀行亦表示,已做好房地產併購貸款等業務的額度安排,收到監管層要求金融機構對房地產行業併購提供金融支持的相關通知。

目前只待實質落實相關安排,以化解整個行業危機。

華潤置地 01109.HK 各業務層面能在艱難的一年仍然錄得增長,如未來能在併購中把握機遇吸納優質項目,將於業界持份上更上一層樓。
